Makro Online is a JOKE

Extremely bad service.... I have placed an online purchase on 17 Dec 2018 , on the MAKRO site. Received one of the goods purchased a few days later. It was not to my satisfaction. I drove all the way to the Strubensvally branch to return my purchase as this is what their online site says , only to get there and be told that this is not their product , I must send a mail to some email address with photos and then it will be picked up. Which I did LAST year already. To date this has not been picked up. Tried calling the call centre , they just send mails and transfer me to be put on hold for ever with no one actually answering the call. This OTHER department where I apparently bought the goods from has NO phone number , you can only send a mail which clearly nobody even bothers. ( I BOUGHT MY PURCHASE FROM MAKRO not some other shop ). It is a MONTH later and NO resolution. To top it off.. the rest of my order has still NOT been delivered, mind you delivery takes 7 -10 working days. First and LAST time. I will never use this this service again, absolutely horrific. It takes more than a month to deliver something that was meant to be delivered 7-10 working days later and still to date no order delivered ....
