Makro online is a joke

Makro online is a joke. We purchased two umbrellas online. Paid and got a confirmation. Delivery day came and nothing. We contacted Makro and they escalated the query. Had to call them back several times before they said they don't have the umbrellas and will refund us. We got hold of a manager who also said will look into this with their supplier. 5 days later still no one has called us DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE ON MAKRO ONLINE Bad service
