Makro online is a flop

Hi, did an online order with Makro. A week later no delivery only to find out they messed up and made it a collection order whereas we paid for delivery. Finally after complaining we received the order. The chair however was in a box that was badly damaged and upon inspection the chair arm leather has a tear in it and the leg had a deep scratch threw the paint. Very disappointed.
