Makro Online is a failure

I bought 3 x products online from Makro Vaal on 19 March 2025. The one product was not in stock at Makro Vaal, but arrived 3 days later from a Jhb branch. The 2 products that was in stock at Makro Vaal was still not delivered 10days later. The really bad thing is that NO ONE from Makro is able to help me!! They say they will get back to me as to when my products will arrive, but they NEVER DO. It is either that no one is competent to help, or that they dont care about their customers!! The products was over R7000 in value!! Think twice before buying online from Makro. I am still struggling to find out when my products will be delivered🤬
