Makro Online is a ****!!

I made an order online for a table(Order number MAK***). After a week, I realised there hasn’t been any progress on my order on the app so I called them only to find out the vendor is out of stock. I asked them to cancel the order then so I can get my refund as soon as possible. The 1st consultant I asked to cancel said he has cancelled it but when I called again the next consultant couldn’t even see that my order was cancelled and said she would cancel it. I’m worried because it really does not seem like the order was cancelled as I didn’t get any confirmation on email. I am very disappointed in Makro, they are not professional at all. The consultants literally have no idea what’s going on it’s just so frustrating. I would like my refund to be processed as soon as possible please.
