Makro online is a ****
Makro online is a ****. They delivered an incomplete order. When I called their team to let them know they said the other part of the order will be delivered the following day. Till today I haven't received my stuff. When I call their customer care service they tell me the matter has been escalated but my order is not delivered and there is no communication.
I'm writing this review to give warning to other people. Beware. Makro online takes innocent people's money and not deliver. I'm very disappointed. They don't even want to refund me myoney so I can buy these thing at other shops.

Maybe they are just adding them to give people an impression that they attend to our complaints. Still my problem hasn't been solved. Still my money is at Makro without my products. And when you call them, they make you feel bad for calling and reporting a problem. They are always in a hurry to hang up the phone. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. I'm truly disappointed, especially for a company as big as Makro. People be aware. Order at your own risk
