Makro Online is a disgrace

I ordered 2 items online at Makro, order placed the 13/12/2024 (MAK***) Order was processed and packed the 13/12/2024, awaiting courier - I am still waiting and it is the 08/01/2025. Contacted the online department numerous times with no luck. They escalate in 48hrs - lies. All of the sudden there is a third party involved l, the supplier of the items but it shows packed and ready for delivery on the site - who is misleading who? Seems as though cancelling and being refunded is also a hassle. I have no business with third parties - I need assistance. The service is pathetic!!!!!
