Makro online is a disaster. They receive payment but don't refund timeously!!

I am still waiting for 3 refunds owing to me from Makro online from last year to now. It's over R1 500.

It's only going back and forth and they keep asking for the same documentation and continue to say the are escalating.

Makro has received payments but are not refunding the amounts owing to me.

Online orders are sent and I received incorrect items. I asked for management to contact me but still no response.

It has cost me so much for calls to continue holding, some consultants call back and others say they can't call back. Go through all call transcripts and hear for yourselves.

I have no option but to do this. It is not a small amount owing to me. The same excuse I keep receiving is payment failed.

Other orders that stock was unavailable is immediately refunded but these 3 orders are a nightmare. They keep asking for confirmation of bank account and id. How many times must I email the same stuff?

I just want my monies refunded immediately by Makro. I refuse to wait l, this is beyond ridiculous.

The online finance department is clearly ***********. Can't they check payments received on their side and issue the refunds. You took my money, now send it back immediately as I have not received the goods.
