MAKRO ONLINE IS A DISASTER !!!

VERY UNHAPPY with the service received from Makro online. Made a purchase online, I paid immediately. I was then provided a delivery date. The following day THEY CANCELLED. They now want me to wait 7 - 14 working days for a refund. Tried phoning their call centre only to given the same "wooden" reply that it was company policy. I went to Makro Milnerton for further assistance and received the same result. I have come away with the feeling that Makro is totally uncaring, unhelpful and lacking in empathy. I will be making EXTREMELY SURE that I will my share my experience with everyone I know or run into.
