Makro Online Is A Disaster!

Makro is clearly going down the drain and employs a bunch of half wits.

I have been struggling for months to get a refund out of them for a 2nd faulty TV Box I returned.

The 1st one I returned in October, I was painlessly refunded the R448. The 2nd one I returned in December and my refund was finally approved in January. That in itself speaks volumes.

After sending them countless bank statements showing I still hadn't received the 2nd refund, which they were adamant was processed, they spotted the R448 credit in my account from October, and declared I had indeed been refunded.

When I tried to explain to yet another half wit that that was fir the 1st faulty TV Box, she responded, no it's backdated from my December return.

Wow! So half wits and magicians are now employed at Makro! They somehow magically made my December refund appear all the way back in October!

What absolute twaddle!

Now I've officially given up. You can't argue with that level of stupidity. I'll cut my losses. I'm already out over R100 in airtime from trying to reason with their customer care representatives, if and when you eventually get through!

Moral... STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
