Makro online is a **** business

I ordered a throw for winter on the 12 th of May 2023. It’s been 2 and a half month and I haven’t received my product and winter is coming to an end. I’ve tried contacting Makro more than 100x already trying to get my refund and I am not winning!

I am still waiting for feedback, what is so hard with just processing my refund? we are in August now and I ordered the damn product in May.
