Makro online is a big no no

Not surprised reading all these negative reports. My first online order will be my last. Firstly both platforms, their website and their app don't allow me to enter an accurate delivery address, sent an email to correct but no action or response. Phoning *** no joy either. Then my first online order - 5 small items. First item arrived yesterday via courier but is damaged. Have tried virtually all morning on their whatsapp bot and helpcentre and lots of airtime later neither can help with logging the return. Expecting lots more time wasting in having the remaining four items delivered.
