Makro online is a big disappointment

On the 24 March 2023 I made a online purchase at makro for 2 bar stools. The item never got delivered to my home and I contacted Makro and asked for a refund and that was on the 29 March 2023. They then told me that it will take up to 14 days for the money to reflect in my account. It is now 24 April 2023 and still no refund. I make a number of calls without any success
