Makro online is a ****

I wrote a review about Makro and how they are giving me the run around in terms of an online order placed in 24 November 2023. They immediately contacted me pretending to want to help and have now gone silent meanwhile my issue is still very much unresolved.

Makro has failed to explain to me how my order which I placed online for delivery in Nelspruit ended up being collected from a warehouse at Thobile Crescent somewhere in Cape Town and signed for by a male whose name doesn't come close to mine. My name is Thobile and coincidentally, my order is claimed to have been collected from Thobile Crescent. The ombudsman needs to be brought in to look into Makro because their horrible service is all over the internet and nothing is being done. It's been almost 2 months and they are failing to give me my money back or deliver my order. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't buy from Makro...no matter the price. It is totally not worth it.
