MAKRO ONLINE IS A ****
Never ever buy from Makro Online, its a ****. They pretend as if they have stock and you process the payment after that the item is cancelled and they need to refund you. That's where all the drama takes place.
I bought an airbed online , two days after placing the order it was cancelled. I have been waiting for my refund since 30 August 2023. I still haven't received my refund, the call Centre agents are clueless, they told me they cant call the refunds department the only thing they can do is escalate the issues to the relevant department.
They are just a bunch of ****mers, NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

I was promised that they will red flag my issue with the finance department to process a refund urgently but I'm still waiting. I'm so sick and tired of waiting, I need my money please.
