MAKRO ONLINE IS A ****

MAKRO is refusing to pay back my money. I made an online purchase on the 11 of December 2025. MAKRO decided not to proceed with my order. The product was not out of stock. Instead of just refunding my money since they are on the wrong, they gave me admin work to do. I had to forward a copy of my ID and proof of payment before they could decide whether I am worthy of a refund. MAKRO ONLINE- pure ****. I forwarded the documents on the 15/12/25, to date the MAKRO gods haven’t authorised my refund. I WANT MY MONEY. Le sele gampe lona 😡
