June 2023 I bought a couch online, days later they told me its out of stock i must cancel and apply for refund i did, till today i haven't received my money, consultant are clueless, always do routine replies "we escalating the matter". One Consultant gave me her short namr and refused to give me her surname, i ended up getting her name as Sindisiwe.

Makro online is a **** 🤞🏽🤞🏽, they also don't want me to talk to the manager.

I complained but to my surprise the complain goes straight to the same call centre im complaining about!
