Subject: Urgent Refund Request for Orders OD*** and OOD***

Good day,

This is my second attempt requesting assistance regarding my orders.

Order OD*** was only partially delivered, and some items have still not been delivered since 27 November. Because I trusted Makro, I placed another order on 05 December, order OOD***, and to this day nothing has been delivered.

I am extremely disappointed, as this has never happened to me before. I placed both orders in time, and I have now travelled — I am no longer in Johannesburg. There is no one available to receive the items, and I no longer have any use for them.

I am requesting an immediate refund for both orders.

This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Once my refund reflects, I will be deleting the app and informing my family about the poor service I have received.
