Makro online is a ****

I bought a book at Makro and it was not delivered. When I call them they tell me the order is from a third party vendor and the item is not available. The order was cancelled two weeks ago. I bought the item using Payflex and still makro has not notified Payflex about the cancellation. So Payflex is still taking my money without me getting my order. Called Makro again to ask why have they not notified Payflex that they have cancelled and they respond by saying it’s a process as this includes a third party vendor. So i was ****med into believing I’m buying from Makro and they were quick to take my money but when it comes to refunding me I have to call them repeatedly. Beware Makro online is a ****. They don’t care about you as a customer or their brand. Very disappointing.
