Makro Online is a ****

I've order online and have never received my order and when I want to cancel to get a refund they telling me that they have to wait for market place and if market place doesn't respond I'll never get my money back. Their online service is very poor no one has bothered to even follow up, even after countless chats, calls and email I've made to get my money back. I still haven't received anything, no communication nothing.
