Makro Online is a ****

Zero stars for Makro Online. They delivered the WRONG product on 14 March. Collection and refund was scheduled for 17 March - they never collected. I took it to the Cape Gate store and they said they couldn't take it back, it had to be collected. It was eventually collected on 30 March after a lot of e-mails going back and forth. It's been more than a week and I still haven't been refunded. Makro Online is one big ****!
