MAKRO ONLINE IS A ****!!!!!

So after writing about Makro and the terrible customer service they gave me, Nkateko Mashele promised to get back to me with feedback. Only to start ignoring my emails and never got back to me. I just found out that the Makro branch in question is Makro Germiston and this makes me wonder, are they really under massmart or are they a **** shielding themselves behind massmart? They have ****** my money through an online purchase and just like that, its all gone. MAKRO GERMISTON is A NO GO AREA, online is even worse. I would never advise anyone to shop on makro ONLINE fir any reason. DO NOT!!!!!
