Makro Online is a ****

Ordered 2 cellphone chargers from Makro online but only 1 charger was delivered. Called their call centre and was instructed to log a return and I did so.

The courier guy came and fetched the single charger and received acknowledgement from Makro that the charger is successfully returned and will be refunded all the money I paid.

Later on, I was only refunded for the single charger that was delivered and after multiple calls and emails, all I got was "The matter is escalated and will receive the rest of my refund soon". 8 weeks later I still have not received any refund.
