Makro online *****ing money

We would like to report a case of theft here. We have ordered a watch almost a month ago from makro online...our money was taken no one delivered the watch...we are being told our money will be paid back......and then that the watch is on the way again.....and for the past week no one answer our calls....we are being ignored...this is a serious problem and we are going to the police now..
