Makro online *****ing

If I could I would give a zero rating. After delivering the wrong item it was picked up. Since then it has been 2 months without any feedback, all that is being said is that they will get back to us. Refunds or exchanges are supposed to be done within 2 weeks yet it has been 2 months. Makro online is blatantly *****ing from people and this is unacceptable. Further actions will be taken through law enforcements.
