Makro Online - *********** or *******

I have placed an order on the 25th November 2021 and have been supp**** late with a damaged item which was collected. I call every week to find out where's my refund or credit. It is either Makro Online is defunct or they are a bunch of *******. I get all kinds of answers rather then when i am getting my money back.
