Makro online ***********
I ordered an item almost a month ago online with makro. The incorrect item arrived 8 days later. To this day, I am still awaiting the correct item. Makro was very prompt in collecting the incorrect item but shocking service as I have not yet received the item I ordered. I have called the customer service center several times and their incompentcy is of such a high level as promises are made to no avail. Shocking service!!!!
