Makro online horror!!!!!!!

I made an order of a fairly simple item on the 10th of December this year, with delivery date marked as the 20th (today). No word still from them. Phoned. Got told the item first needs to be ordered from the supplier that supplies Makro and only after that, they can process my order. What the actual?????????? Never stated that to me when I ordered. Similar products are being sold on Temu. My friend said...as I wanted this a Christmas gift for someone...I should rather (listen to this!!!!) buy local, as it will be quicker!!!!!!!!!!!! Their parcels feom Temu has arrived...from CHINA! My closest Makro...1 hour away...can't tell me now when the item will ever arrive there or here...RIDICULOUS!!!!! I understand fully why people would rather support Temu and Shein...I WILL TOO FEOM NOW ON. MAKRO ONLINE SHOPPING SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
