MAKRO ONLINE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STORE!!!!

Horrible online sales and service, ordered an item with a. 7 day waiting time after 8 days i contact them only to be told that they will find out from supplier what's the issue, on the 9th day they send an email to say that the supplier is canceling the order as they don't have the stock, I again have to call them where I speak to some lady who suggest a refund or replacement item with a higher value i opt for that, and everything seems settles once again to get an email to say they canceling the order and doing a refund and they refund policy is 10days, that will mean that im 20days without mt item and no money repurchase from another suppliers, it's now 2 days since the email and i have still heard nothing from makro... Horrible service, horrible online service, if u a store don't u do a stock inventory with ur suppliers to know what is available and what is not and what quantities, or is just a sham to take people's money and make them cry for their money back, never again MAKRO ONLINE YOU S***
