Makro online horrible service

I bought some items on Black Friday the 27 November 2024 for about R500 and I cancelled the order same day, to date I am still waiting for my refund. When I call them they confirm I did not receive the money , lost count of calls and emails I sent still no help, no update. I need that money urgently it’s almost 3 months now
