Makro online horrible experience

I recently bought a hisense fridge mirror fridge on the 25th of November which was delivered on December in horrible not bad state, the mirror all rocked showing that the fridge feel from a moving vehicle then delivered in that state, now contacting makro is a nightmare can't get through, went to woodmead now they are saying I must do the follow up. I'm exhausted at this point and ****ed @Makro I need you to come collect your damaged fridge and give me what I bought
