Makro Online Horrible Experience

I don't really like complaining but the service with Makro has been the worst if not the appalling. Order was placed on the 9th of March with ETA of 12/13 March and today is the 18th the order hasn't been delivered, no status update. The customer service is horrible, no escalation, no remedy. What a horrible shopping experience
