MAKRO ONLINE, HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE EVER!!

Once again the second time in the same month for the same item, infact I paid more for the item the 2nd time around, the first time I bought the item after the delivery date passed did i run after makro only to be told that the supplier has no stock, i I was upset and gave it a break the i see the item on promo again from another supplier I decide to give makro online another chance and guess what no communication for 4 days and no listing on their site to say the quantity of the item that avaible, I make the payment and delivery says 2 to 5 days on the 3rd day i sent an email to makro no response on the 4th day i send another email no response, so i decide to call and find out why my tracking shows nothing and guess what their supplier has no stock, I am furious 2 times in 1 month they should leave online shopping to people who know how to operate it and communicate it, i am highly upset and will never ever use makro online again, their refund policy is 7 to 10 business days given i already waited my delivery days for my item, and when we make payment we make it immediately not 7 to 10 days, i want my refund immediately and this is the last time I'm dealing with them, PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM MAKRO ONLINE THEY HORRIBLE!!!
