Makro Online have ****** my money

I ordered a batch of items 2 months ago on Makro online. To this day they have not delivered some of the items in the order. I have sent multiple mails to their support team to get feedback on the order. They initially kept replying saying that it had been escalated. They have now outright stop replying to my mails. The call centre operator that assisted me said the items would be delivered within a week (this was a month and a half ago). I am now forced to involve my legal representatives as I can now assume that they have ****** my money.
