Makro online has the worst customer service!

Worse customer service. 2 of the products in my order was incorrect and missing parts. Exchanging and returning it was next to impossible. Customer service keep saying you must log on and request a refund. One of the items I just want the missing parts. I will never use Makro online again. What a waste of time and effort. Looking at all the bad reviews that was logged by unsatisfied custeromers daily, Makro has a serious problem.
