Makro Online has no idea what online trade is!!!
I placed an online order on 28 June with expected delivery on 5 July. I need to book workmen to come and install the item and have phoned on Monday and yesterday to confirm this date will be met. I get told someone will phone me back. Nobody phoned me back. It is now Wednesday and I still cannot get an answer! I think Makro should stop trying to do business in the online world until they know how to! Perhaps go learn from people that know what they are doing
