Makro online has bad service

I made an online order on the 4th of January 2025 and it was delivered on the 8th of January 2025. They delivered an incorrect order and I returned it the following day. Today is the 4th of February 2025 and I still haven't received any feedback or communication, I constantly contact them and all they can say is the issue is with the supplier, I did not purchase anything from any supplier, Makro needs to make sure that the supplier adheres to their SLA. I am highly disappointed and advise that you don't shop online when buying from Makro.
