Makro Online Grocery Order

I made an online Grocery order 25th of July and didn't receive half of my order. I have emailed them numerous times and I have not received any assistance or a response to my emails. The courier company that was used was useless, as I had called them less than 10mins after delivery to let them know there should be more of my items that have not been delivered. Their response was that I must contact Makro. it is now the 11th of august and I have not yet received the rest of my delivery.
