Makro online goes the extra mile
We recently bought a bistro table set on special. The local stores were out of stock so I bought it online. They phoned me from the Carnival branch to say it was also out of stock online, but after chatting to me, the representative did some extra searching and found the last one available for me at Makro Vaal.
Even though I had agreed to collect it at Carnival, it was delivered to my door.
Thank you Makro Online - you definitely went the extra mile here!
