Makro online *****?

Makro sold goods to me online with the promise to deliver the goods at my cost within 3 weeks. Makro however hasn't delivered the goods (it is months since) and they refuse to refund my money and refuse any discussion to find a solution. It this ***** or a big player bullying the consumer?
