Makro online finance team is the worst

Bought goods online on the 4th of December 2024, paid successfully with Pay flex and website still says order is awaiting payment. I have called them daily, sent emails daily and even had Payflex email 5 people from their finance department, yet till now matter remains unresolved. The status of order has NOT changed. This is extremely frustrating as consultants claim to escalate but it seems like nobody in that department is doing their job. Worst experience, loved Makro but this will make me reconsider ever doing business with them. Can't they employ a team that can do their job?
