Makro online

I ordered a online only deal 7 days ago I called to find out what is going on its been packed for 5 days they said they will look into it I waited for the follow-up response I didn't receive it so I called again they can't give me an answer for the delay so I canceled my order and asked for a refund I needed the laptop for online studies and now have to wait for the refund I will never again buy or order anything from makro again
