Makro online

I recently purchased security cameras on Makro Online store that was on promotion. The cameras were delivered but it was not what was promoted. I made ancomplaint and spoke to an online consultant. I was informed that I need to request an exchange online. When i asked the consulant if i would get the products as i really dont want a refund, she assured me that i would get the products. I did this, they collected the I correct products and instead of my exchange they decided to rather refund. When I try ask why they refunded instead of exchange they ignore my mails. I wanted an exchange for the product purchsed as per the promotion and not a refund. The reason I purchased was because it was a really great promotion and I would not be able to get the same deal again.

************! I found our from a makro store that the online isn't even managed by Makro...its a 3rd party shop. Meaning uou are not even buying from Makro but from another company that essentially uses Makro to sell their products.
