Pathetic Service from Makro. Placed an Order on 14/01/2025 order was packed and shows Delivery date 16/01/25. Today is the 20th of January and still no Delivery. I have made over 8 calls to Makro customer care and each consultant says they will Escalate the query and Centurion Store will revert back to me with Feedback. Waiting since Friday for them to call me. Makro needs to catch a wake up call as this is Pathetic service. They are quick to take your money but slow to Deliver. 😡😡😡
