Makro online ****

Purchased Grocery online last year November 2024 and got debited twice with the same amount. Even today Makro is been giving me run arounds with my refund. Everytime I call them it’s either they don’t know what’s going on or its with Finance department under process. I’m tired of e-mailing and calling them cause they always say they will call me or log another ticket but I never get anything or response from them. Never buy online at Makro, it’s a **** or you will be crying just like me. Even today I’m still waiting
