Makro Online?

I am simply appalled at Makro Online. I placed an order 4 weeks ago, and am still waiting for delivery for an item that was "in stock" and classified as "essential goods" (i.e. not affected by the lockdown). No pro-active feedback has been received, so in the meantime I have tried making contact multiple times and through multiple channels -- (1) by phone, (2) by email, and (3) using the WhatsApp function. Phone calls take 15+ minutes to respond (if at all), with non-specific or inaccurate feedback, and certainly no apologies. Emails have been simply ignored, or in a lone case I received an unhelpful reply ("Have I received my order yet?" -- in answer to a query about when I might expect delivery!?!?). The WhatsApp function gives some feedback, but no context (eg. who, when).
