MAKRO ONLINE FALSE AND ****MING CLIENTS

I purchased on Makro Online a Christmas gift (Bicycle) for my child on the 16th of December 2024 and it was delivered on the 20th December 2024, which was fantastic until i received the gift wrapped in plastic not even in a box, item all damaged and a completely different bicycle to what i ordered. I immediately took it back to the store in Montague gardens and there to my surprise i was informed that the purchase was made on their app but the seller of the item is actually not Makro itself but a 3rd party. On the ad it had no information that it was any one else other than Makro. I asked for the item to be sent back and to be refunded and today the 6th of January 2025 i have yet received any feedback regardless to all the emails and calls i have done.

I will really advise people to be very careful with regards to purchasing online with Makro as they do not tell you that it is a 3rd party selling the items.

Absolutely terrible service, false and ********* advertising
