Makro Online - False advertising

I bought a laptop from Makro Online. When the product arrived it was not what I ordered. It was a secondhand laptop with scratches and no original packaging - just wrapped in bubble wrap. I immediately went online and asked for the product to be returned. According to them it would be collected on 24 February. The product was not collected, on enquiry I was told that the product was bought on marketplace, although advertises on Makro Website. They said the product can't be returned. No further assistance was offered
