Makro Online - False advertising and Refund issues

I don't know what kind of **** is being run here.

I ordered hair extensions and headlights that were meant to be Lumeo Pro

Firstly , the Lumeo Pro was not what I received as per what was advertised. The product was a generic poor quality product which was never stated.

THIS IS False advertising

The Hair was also just too thin for my liking.

I called the call center they told me to log a return.I did , the one for the hair wasn't working and the lady I spoke to said she would log the returns on her side.

Which of course she didn't do

She also told me that I can send return both products. Which I did.

But they are only refunding for one. The person who received the products failed to mention that they received both.

This is unbelievable.

Would not recommend!!!!!!!
