Makro online false advertising
I recently purchased a Canon MG2541s printer from makro online. The printer is advertised as being wifi enabled...this is the main reason I chose this specific printer. However on delivery I established that the printer is not wifi compatible at all. This is blatantly misleading and false advertising. Makro online have said that the item was from a third party...however I purchased the item on their online site...now I'm in the middle of a struggle to be refunded so as to be able to buy a printer that actually has wifi capability.

05 Apr 2025, 08:32Makro have remained silent failing to respond or give any feedback. How much longer does one have to remain patient. This should be such a simple issue to resolve but I am still waiting going on two months!
